In Upper Primary we cater for the needs of pupils within Key Stage 2. We aim to provide an exciting and well balanced curriculum which is differentiated according to the needs of our individuals, whilst still providing access to all subjects of the National Curriculum. We have high expectations in terms of work and behaviour, and aim to promote resilience, independence and learning.

We place great importance on celebrating achievement in order to develop self- esteem, communication and interaction, and personal and social skills. Our pupils take part in a wide range of activities throughout the academic year, including Swimming lessons, Modern Foreign Language (MFL) days, Forest School, thematic days and a wide variety of educational visits; all of which enable us to bring our topics to life.

We value the good relationships we have with parents and carers. Regular meetings open afternoons and shared Forest School sessions allow us to share the work and progress of which we are so proud.
