We have specific KS3 and KS4 curriculums which have been adapted from the National Curriculum. As the students move through the department, the focus moves towards accredited course recognition; GCSE, Entry Level or ASDAN Youth Award Scheme – the programmes of study are targeted to meet our student’s needs.
We run Mini Enterprise projects that encourage life skills and money management, as-well as enhancing imagination and creativity. Many of our projects utilise our excellent on-site facilities including our specialist rooms.
Our students experience a variety of enrichment activities that increase their breadth of knowledge and experiences including community visits, use of local swimming and sports centres, visiting theatre, music and dance groups as well as every class accessing Forest Schools.
A variety of specialist resources are used to support the learning our young people, students are challenged and stimulated to achieve their full potential.
